To create a Bulletin or Discussion for a Group you are a member of:
- Login to CentralMO.com
- Click on the Profile Tab if you aren't already there
- Click on the Create Bulletin or Create Discussion link
- Submit your changes
You can also click the Groups link from the Applications menu drop down and then select your group on the next screen
